About me
Rachel Brice is Director of Development and Grants at Land For Good, a New England-based nonprofit working to expand secure farmland access, tenure, and farm transfer. In her role, she manages grants across federal, foundation, and individual funders, and works closely with program leadership & staff on design, reporting, and evaluation. She has direct experience navigating the tension between what funders ask for and what actually tells you whether a program is working. Rachel holds a PhD in Environmental Studies from Antioch University New England, and has taught both program design and program evaluation there at the graduate level. She comes to this session not as someone with a prescription, but as a practitioner who keeps asking the same questions. She thinks the best answers are context-dependent, and usually co-created through conversation.
