Marco Lueras is a program coordinator and strategic partnerships professional focused on conservation, land management, and community engagement in Eastern New Mexico. He currently serves as the Coordinator for the Eastern New Mexico Sentinel Landscape (ENMSL), where he works at the intersection of agriculture, military readiness, and natural resource conservation to support collaborative, landscape-scale initiatives. Marco has experience convening diverse stakeholders—including landowners, government agencies, and nonprofit partners—to advance shared priorities such as water resource management, ecosystem conservation, and rural economic resilience. Known for his strong facilitation skills and relationship-building approach, he helps guide working groups, organize regional events, and translate complex initiatives into actionable outcomes.
