Angie Doucette manages American Farmland Trust's farmland protection, transfer, and access initiatives across the Midwest. In this role, she leads research, develops resources, and provides direct one‑on‑one support to build the capacity of local partners while assisting landowners and farmers in securing the future of their land. Angie brings more than 14 years of experience working alongside farm families to help them achieve their goals for both their land and their farm businesses. Her background includes extensive expertise in farmland protection tools, land transfer strategies, and the complex decision‑making processes that shape farm viability across generations.
