About me
Anna has nearly 15 years of experience supporting beginning and immigrant farmers to build thriving farm businesses. As Viva Farms' Director of Farm Viability, she leads the organization's land access, capital access, and business management programs. She works closely with capital providers across the impact finance space to design innovative, accessible capital programs, collaborates with land access partners to solve land tenure barriers for next generation farmers, and leads the business management and financial literacy components of Viva's Education Program. She also teaches the business management portions of Viva's Practicum in Sustainable Agriculture program, and has led Spanish-language and bilingual short courses on financial and business management. With Rob and Micah, she also co-leads case management and farm viability program design, implementation, and evaluation. She is also a faculty member for the FARMpreneurs strategic business accelerator for farmers.
