About me
Brandon Seng is the founder of Michigan Farm to Freezer, a company dedicated to making locally grown Michigan produce available year-round. Raised on a family Christmas tree farm in Northern Michigan, Brandon began his career leading farmers markets and local food initiatives before serving as a school food service director, where he worked to bring local foods into school meals. Inspired by the seasonal gap between harvest and the school year, he launched Michigan Farm to Freezer to source, freeze, and distribute high-quality fruits and vegetables from local farms. Today, Brandon leads a team based in Detroit's Eastern Market, supplying over 100 school districts and retail partners while supporting Michigan farmers and expanding access to nutritious, locally sourced foods.
