About me
Connor Stedman is a farm business advisor, environmental planner, and project developer with two decades' experience supporting innovation at the intersections of agriculture, social systems, and the environment. He has led project development and strategic advisory on climate, biodiversity, and social impact in CPG agricultural supply chains, including with Keurig Dr. Pepper, Oatly, The Body Shop, Vans/VF Corp, and Numi. Connor has also led strategic initiatives around new crop/market development, climate adaptation/mitigation, and on-farm biodiversity with national farm organizations including Stone Barns, Shelburne Farms, and White Buffalo Land Trust. He offers integrated environmental and business planning services to diversified farms around the Northeast and mid-Atlantic. Connor holds an M.S. in Ecological Planning from the University of Vermont. He is a Professional Affiliate instructor in UVM's innovative Leadership for Sustainability graduate program, and has taught social entrepreneurship at Hampshire College and ecological design at the Omega Institute's Center for Sustainable Living. He is principal at Alosa Ecological Strategies LLC.
