About me
Jesse Wright is an Agricultural Business Management Field Specialist at UNH Cooperative Extension. In this role, she works with farmers throughout the state to build strong business skills and develop supportive networks. Her education and technical assistance center on marketing, sales, record keeping, and business planning. She co-leads both UNH Extension's New Farmer School and cut flower grower programming, and loves a good Excel spreadsheet. A curious early adopter of generative AI, Jesse has been teaching farmers and service providers about practical uses for tools like ChatGPT since 2024. Her AI education has focused on practical farm use cases, including marketing content generation, customer communication, and farm data organization. Through this work, she has engaged with people across a wide spectrum of adoption, from those actively experimenting with AI to those who are skeptical of, uninterested in, or opposed to its use.
