About me
Dr. Libby Christensen has nearly 20 years of experience strengthening Colorado's food and agriculture economy by connecting producers, markets, and food businesses. As CSU Extension's Statewide Food and Agriculture Specialist, she supports value-added companies and advances market opportunities across the state. She also chairs the Routt County Economic Development Committee and serves on the board of Naturally Colorado. Libby and her husband own Routt Distillery in Steamboat Springs, producing spirits made from Colorado-grown grains.
