About me
Margaret Christie is the Special Projects Director at CISA (Community Involved in Sustaining Agriculture), which strengthens farms and engages the community in growing the local food economy in the Connecticut River Valley of western Massachusetts. Margaret has recently conducted a series of interviews with farms and non-profits that hold or lease land using a ground lease, in partnership with Land for Good and Equity Trust and with funding from the Northeast Sustainable Agriculture Research and Education Program.
