About me
Nicole DelCogliano is the Director of Programs with the Organic Growers School, She has been passionately teaching beginning farmers and supporting existing farmers to thrive personally and professionally since 2015. Nicole facilitates OGS's year long farmer cohorts, Farm Beginnings and Journeyperson. She also co-owns and operates Green Toe Ground Farm in western NC, established 2001 and reestablished in 2025 after complete devastation post Hurricane Helene . She and her husband farm biodynamic vegetables on 16 acres of bottomland. She has a Masters from Appalachian State University in Sustainability.
