As CEO, Reggie assures FarmLink stays true to its mission and lives up to its vision. With over 30 years working in agriculture and non-profits on behalf of small farmers, he provides oversight and direction to all of FarmLink's functional areas and supports the involvement of a strong Board of Directors. Reggie leads the staff team, making sure they are resourced to excel and create a more equitable, resilient and inclusive agriculture and food system.
