She oversees the development of technical assistance programs, provider networks, curriculum, and systems that connect producers with the resources, expertise, and support needed to strengthen their operations and achieve long-term success.In addition to her role at Potlikker Capital, Winona is the President of Fractional CFO 4 Hire, Inc., a consulting firm specializing in accounting, tax, financial management, and operational strategy for businesses and nonprofit organizations. She has extensive experience in financial management, lending readiness, organizational development, and capacity building, with a particular focus on supporting agricultural communities most in need.Winona holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, an MBA, and a Graduate Master's Certificate in Taxation. She is also a Certified Registered Tax Preparer and holds a California insurance license.
